1. Franchise Scope & Corporate Identity

Grid Media Work (“Grid Media”, “Company”, “we”, or “our”) operates India's First Tourism Content Franchise, combining experiential travel logistics with on-location visual creators across the state of Gujarat.

These terms apply to all guests, corporate clients, and independent creators using our websites, mobile interfaces, concierge lines, and on-ground field services.

2. Tour Bookings, Pricing & Invoicing

When reserving a tour package, your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment or completed checkout through our certified gateway.

• Statutory GST: In accordance with Indian tax statutes, 5% GST is applicable to curated tour packages, and 18% GST applies to standalone digital media shoots and equipment services. All invoices display itemized SAC/HSN codes.
• Price Inclusions: Unless otherwise specified in the itinerary, package prices include accommodation, designated intercity transport, monument entry passes, and indicated meal plans. Personal expenses, laundry, and unlisted activities are excluded.
• Rate Validity: Special peak-season rates (e.g. Rann Utsav Full Moon nights, Diwali festival week) are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.

3. Content Shoots & Media Deliverables

Content shoots are scheduled directly with certified Grid Media photographers, videographers, and DGCA drone operators:

Personal Usage License: Guests receive full non-commercial personal usage rights for all delivered media. For commercial brand campaigns, corporate shoots, or sponsored influencer usage, a commercial release must be requested in advance.

4. Traveller Obligations & Statutory Permitting

Guests are responsible for cooperating with statutory verification procedures mandated by regional authorities:

• Government Photo ID: Every traveller must carry an original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter Card, or Driver's License) corresponding to the booking documents.
• Wildlife Sanctuary Guidelines: In Gir National Park and Devalia Safari Park, guests must strictly obey Forest Department protocols. Disembarking from gypsy vehicles, littering, making loud noises, or using flash photography is strictly prohibited by law.
• Drone Airspace Compliance: Aerial drone operations are conducted exclusively by licensed pilots under DGCA regulations. Flights are prohibited within restricted red zones, defence installations, and designated core sanctuary areas.

5. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

Grid Media is committed to delivering flawless experiences; however, we shall not be liable for itinerary alterations, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).

Such events include, without limitation: acts of God, severe cyclonic weather, unseasonal flash floods, government curfew or road closures, sudden monument maintenance closures by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), or civil disturbances. In such events, our team will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative routes or reschedule sessions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual agreements between you and Grid Media Work Private Limited are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, services, or bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
